What differentiates Integrity from other firms?

No timesheets, No micro management, Open communication, all in a Modern work environment!


No timesheets

You will not have to account for every 6 minute interval in the working day, which is required under the timesheet system. This allows more time to focus on the client and their needs. We feel this is also especially important in the initial stage of development, when the learning curve is at its steepest and you have a lot to take in. The last thing you need is the added stress of timesheets and time constraints.


No micro management / Open communication

There is no micro management at integrity. We trust our employees to work autonomously, while at the same time our flat structure allows for open communication and assistance where required.

We utilize the most up to date technology, with dual screens allowing for a paperless office and remote access / cloud technology meaning employee access is possible from any location.
