Guy is an experienced financial adviser with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He specialises in creating financial strategies that help you achieve your financial objectives. Guy has an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is an SMSF Accredited Specialist. Guy is an avid sports fan and loves the outdoors.

Shera has been with the Integrity Team since July 2022 and has 17 years’ experience in the Financial planning industry. She primarily supports Michelle in all steps of the financial planning process and takes pride in her attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Shera enjoys life on the Brisbane bayside with her family including three sons and pet Groodle Rex, keeping active and enjoying good food with family and friends!

Desley has been with the Integrity Team for the past 2 years as an Administration Officer. Desley handles all forms of administration within the financial planning team primarily for Guy and assists customers with any general enquiries they may have.

Prior to joining the team at Integrity, Desley was an Assurance Systems Analyst with a large logistic corporation for more than 25 years. As a qualified Auditor, she managed the Training Compliance for the Asset Management Division, ensuring only qualified and competent employees and contractors were on site undertaking the infrastructure maintenance and project work tasks. Prior to that role, she was an Executive Personal Assistant to the General Manager of Coal where she managed their diary planning to ensure deadlines and their meeting attendance to work-site obligations were met. She also managed the daily running of the Reception area and coordinated associated HR processes.

Desley enjoys the outdoors, travelling and beach lifestyle.
