About Me

Rock climbing, water-skiing, stand-up paddle boarding, Michelle is passionate about all outdoor activities, and she brings that same high energy to helping clients achieve their personal and financial goals.

Michelle grew up in Victoria on the Mornington Peninsula, right on the beach, so living in Brisbane for 14 years, again near the beach has been an easy transition.

And with two teenage daughters, two cats, and intensely active young border collie at home, Michelle needs every ounce of that energy and more!

Not wanting to be pigeon-holed as a banking financial advisor, she left the banking sector after 10 years for the opportunity to join the small team environment at Integrity where client relationships and service is paramount. She gets great satisfaction from helping clients improve their financial position year after year.

Desley has been with the Integrity Team for the past 2 years as an Administration Officer.  Desley handles all forms of administration within the financial planning team and assists our customers with any general enquiries they may have.

Prior to joining the team at Integrity Financial Planning, Desley was an Assurance Systems Analyst with a large logistic corporation for more than 25 years.  As a qualified Auditor, I managed the Training Compliance for the Asset Management Division, ensuring only qualified and competent employees and contractors were on our work sites undertaking the infrastructure maintenance and project work tasks.  Prior to that role, I was an Executive Personal Assistant to the General Manager Coal where I managed their diary planning to ensure deadlines and their meeting attendance to work-site obligations were met.  I managed the daily running of the Reception area by my Admin team and co-ordinated associated HR processes.

Desley enjoys the outdoors, travelling and beach lifestyle.
